Internship Process
As EAE A.Ş., we aim to identify the future potential human resources of our company while supporting the development of students and preparing them for business life with the internship opportunities we provide to high school and university students.
High School Internships
High school internship applications are accepted in May-June each year and the internship is carried out in September-June, the school term.
Under the coordination of the Human Resources Department, the number of students, occupational fields and internship day demands of the departments are determined through a “High School Internship Quota Survey” in April of each year.
The internship need determined as a result of the survey is consolidated by the Human Resources Department and sent to the relevant school directorates.
At the beginning of the academic year, the Human Resources Department receives the vocational training contracts of the students who are finalized to do internship from the relevant schools and the internship process is initiated.
In the first week of the internship, students are given an orientation program including company introduction and practices.
University Internships
University internship applications are made every year between March and May. Applications are evaluated in line with the pre-selection criteria and eligible intern candidates are accepted as interns.

The department in which the student is studying is related to the company's business processes,
Department intern quotas
Candidates who are found suitable according to the above criteria are placed according to the needs of the departments. Candidates are informed by e-mail whether they have been accepted for internship or not.
